Born and raised in New Jersey with over 25 years of cake decorating and baking skills. I started making cakes as a hobby as I worked as a Cook and then a Corporate Food Service Manager for Marriott Hotels for over 10 years, leaving with a wealth of cerificates and education in business management.
Shortly after, I ventured on my own and started Cakes By Paula, and became the exclusive Wedding Cake Designer for the very same Marriott that i previously worked for. With the need to further my gift, I migrated to Atlanta in 2002, where I opened with my husband Jopy and changed my trade name to Cakes From The Heart.Here we specialize in custom design freshly baked cakes.We use only the finest ingredients and only bake to order.We create and bake each cake to your request as we have a wide range of cake flavors, filling and icings.We can create a cake design to go along with your décor and or theme of your event.We are privileged to provide service to some of the most well known corporate leaders, IBM, CNN, Autotrader, TNT, Atlanta Hawks, ING, Georgia Pacific, and WellStar to name a few for many years.
